The Chrysler Technologies Web Course provides selling strategies t to successfully identify and present the real-world benefits of technologically advanced features found throughout the Chrysler vehicle lineup. Participants will learn step-by-step instructions on how to complete specific tasks and program certain functions of features like the UConnect® Hands-Free Communication System, GPS Navigation System and Electronic Vehicle Information Center. The operation and benefits of other technologically advanced features such as Electronic Stability Program and Brake Assist are also discussed in this course. Participants will test their understanding with fun simulation activities as well as general quiz questions. Upon completion, Retail Sales Consultants will be able to clearly demonstrate and explain complex features to their customers during the Product Presentation, Demonstration Drive and Vehicle Delivery.
The Chrysler Technologies Web Course is designed to help participants:
• Identify new and advanced technologies (features) across the Chrysler brands (Chrysler, Jeep® and Dodge)
• Identify how the Chrysler technologies function
• Identify differences in the technologies across the Chrysler brands
• Communicate to the customer what the feature does, during walkaround presentations
• Describe to the customer the benefits of the feature, during walkaround presentations
• Explain to the customer how the feature works, during delivery
• Demonstrate to the customer how the feature works, during delivery
